At El Chamelis we manage reservations in shifts to ensure an optimal experience for all our customers.
The first shift starts at 1:00 p.m., with an estimated time of 2 hours per table.
Please offer a maximum of 15 minutes courtesy in case of delay. If you do not notify us or do not arrive within that time, we will assign the table to another customer.
For large groups or reservations that require more time at the table, such as set menus, we invite you to call us directly to coordinate the details.
